  • Unfortunately, according to our policy, tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. Please note that contracting COVID or any other illness does not qualify for a refund. 

  • Our events take place in various locations across the UK. Please check the venue's website for information on accessibility.

  • We don’t usually announce artists in advance, but our reputation speaks for itself. With a history of delivering first-class shows featuring outstanding musicians and world-class vocalists, we can confidently promise you an unforgettable night - one you’ll be glad you booked tickets for!

  • In many instances, guests who are unable to locate their tickets may find that their email address was misspelt. If you cannot find your tickets, please contact us at info@thegreatbritishfilmorchestra.co.uk

  • If you are a wheelchair user, please book the Wheelchair/Accessible ticket directly through Skiddle.

    For some events, wheelchair tickets are booked via the venue directly. Please check the event description for information.
